📋 By downloading and using CricScorer, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CricScorer mobile application ("App"), published by TridevSoft ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Use of the Application

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

  • Use the App for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks.
  • Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code.
  • Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from other users without consent.
  • Use the App to send spam, unsolicited communications, or advertisements.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

3. User Accounts & Registration

Certain features of the App require you to create an account or verify your identity. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are found to contain inaccurate information.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of TridevSoft or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

  • Sell, resell, or commercially exploit the App or its content.
  • Copy, duplicate, or reproduce any portion of the App.
  • Create derivative works based on the App.

5. Premium Features & In-App Purchases

The App offers optional Premium features available through in-app purchases. By making a purchase, you agree to:

  • Pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase.
  • The purchase being processed through Google Play Store's payment system.
  • Refund requests being governed by Google Play Store's refund policy.

Premium features are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Premium feature with reasonable notice.

6. User-Generated Content

The App allows you to input match data, player information, and team details ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide the App's services.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

7. Global Player Registry

If you choose to register in the Global Player Registry, your public profile information (username, display name, career statistics) will be visible to other users. You can opt out of the global registry at any time by deleting your account or contacting support.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
  • WARRANTIES THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
  • WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRIDEVSOFT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
